And it’s an election year to boot…..

Here is  a good article by our friends at KCM about the coming year.  If only we had a crystal ball to answer some of these questions.  Locally sales have inched up a bit and inventory is down overall in the county.  That should mean a leveling off of the downturn in prices and hopefully a start on the road to recovery. Still, there are a lot of unanswered questions out there. Even with all the unanswered questions, all of the experts agree that this is a great time to invest in real estate.  read article
