Experience: Tecky and Doug LaFeve as a team bring you 21 combined years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Tecky has been a licensed Realtor/Broker in Oregon since 1986. She is a graduate of Kinman Business University and has successfully completed the National Association of Realtors “Graduate Realtor Institute” program earning her GRI designation. Tecky has been been the recipient of numerous Van Vleet sales awards as well as being recognized as The Rogue Valley Board of Realtors Sales Associate of the Year in 1989. She is a multi-million dollar producer, who has helped hundreds of families with their Real Estate needs. In addition, Tecky has worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Washington Mutual and Harborstone Credit Union. Doug became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2003, after a long career in Broadcast Accounting. Doug graduated with a BA in Accounting and a MBA in Management from Eastern Washington University. Tecky and Doug have been residents of the Rogue Valley since 1983. Married 37 years they have teamed up in the Real Estate Business with the goal of providing the very best service to their clientele.
