Effective, Professional Experience Since 1983. From her first full year in real estate, when she was the top selling agent in her office, Denise has continually honed her skills and knowledge of all aspects of property sales to bring her clients the most reliable & consistent service available.
A Life-Long Learner: While selling millions of dollars worth of property, Denise has devoted hundreds of hours to real estate related continuing education. Post-graduate work in Architecture, Real Estate Law, Management and Practices followed her BA from UCLA. She became an Associate Broker in 1989.
Related Experience: Since moving here from Los Angeles in 1973, Denise has co-owned & managed both a small Ashland ranch, granting her great insight into rural property, land-use planning, & ranching & a contracting business, which deepened her knowledge of construction & permitting issues.
Dedicated to Clients, Family & Community: Denise 'adopts' her clients, who often become close friends. She & her husband have 5 grown children. She is a Director of both the Rogue Community College Board of Education and the Rogue Valley Symphony, and has been president of Lithia Springs Rotary of Ashland, chair of Ashland MLS and Scholarship Boards.
