With Ali Lively closing a real estate transaction is more than handshakes and signatures. It’s a new home, a new investment a new life. I get caught up in the excitement of finding that perfect new property as much as our buyers do and I celebrate when I close a transaction for our sellers. I love what I do, and it shows in the positive, personal relationships I foster with all my clients.
Ali Lively, GRI, ABR and CRS designee brings over 12 years of real estate experience in the Rogue Valley. Ali graduated from Ashland High School and Southern Oregon University with a degree in business administration-marketing. She started her career working in the family property management company which led to opening her own real estate and property management company. The daughter of former Ashland police chief Vic Lively and successful realtor Claudia Lively, Ali brings endless knowledge of the Valley and real estate market.
Ali Lively has made her mark in the community not only by helping many families relocate and accomplish their dreams but also by her participation in many organizations. She is a board member of the Lithia Springs Rotary Club of Ashland, Co-chair of the long running Rotary Crabfest that has raised thousands of dollars for the youth of the Rogue Valley. Ali has served as a mentor for the Miss Rogue Valley Pageant, collected and delivered gift boxes to servicemen returning from Iraq, a new member of Siskiyou VELO biking club and a long standing member of NAUI a scuba diving association.
During the past two years Lively has been affiliated with the Windermere Van Vleet and Associates Ashland office selling over 55 million in real estate with a successful team.
