An Experienced Professional
If you are looking for a fresh approach to buying or selling real estate, I would be glad to work with you as an agent. I have been a professional for many years, and know to keep a calm mind during stressful situations. I greatly believe in educating myself, and attend workshops and seminars so I can be a knowledgeable agent for my clients. My college education will be of service to you in understanding contracts and in tackling the difficulties involved in home sales. I also spent time as an amateur boxer, and know how to stand firm in the ring as others are trying to weaken your resolve. In addition, I am a creative individual with a long-standing love for houses, and would be happy to view your home to let you know its value on the market.
Windermere Van Vleet
When looking for a firm, I interviewed at several locations and chose to work with Windermere Van Vleet & Associates. The principal broker, John Zupan, is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate transactions and is a great mentor. In addition to that, the Windermere Van Vleet team had the greatest number of transactions per agent last year, which is the type of success you will need when selling or buying property. The technologies available at Windermere will help you to present your house in an extremely professional manner, and will connect you with prospective buyers consistently.
My History
Originally, I am from Salem, Oregon and attended North Salem High. I enrolled in the University of Oregon Honor's College, where I attended for two years before travelling to (and sticking in) New Orleans, Louisiana. I finished my degree at LSU, and then got my masters in edcuational administration in New Orleans. I have been an educator for the last 10 years, with a brief stint as a high school administrator in Louisiana. My wife and I moved back to Oregon a little over 3 years ago, planting ourselves in the sunny Rogue Valley. We love it here, and were blessed with a son, Jack. I decided I could live here for the rest of my life, and so I have entered the real estate field.
Action
Call me to do a competitive market analysis of your home or to view properties in the Rogue Valley. Remember that right now there is a $8000 federal rebate for anyone who has not owned a home for more than 3 years, and it may expire in November 2009. I would really appreciate serving you, and would appreciate all of your referrals.
