With Barbara Allen and Melanie Mularz, closing a real estate transaction is more than handshakes and signatures. It’s a new home, a new investment, and a new life. We get caught up in the excitement of finding that perfect new property as much as our buyers do, and and we celebrate when we close a transaction for our sellers. We love what we do, and it shows in the positive, personal relationships we foster with all our clients.
Barbara Allen, GRI, CRB, CRS, ABR, has more than 25 years’ experience. She served as president of the Board of Realtors in 1980, and in 1983 started Ashland’s first Coldwell Banker real estate office. She sold her affiliation in 1995 and now is a Broker with Windermere Van Vleet and Associates.
Melanie Mularz, GRI, CRS has more than 10 years of experience as a Realtor. Her first six years were at Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty in Minneapolis, where she quickly rose to the office’s top 10% of volume among a sales staff of 2,500. Melanie’s extensive background in management has helped drive home her dedication to customer service.
