West, announced today that Windermere/Investors Marketplace has teamed up with
Windermere/Van Vleet & Associates. The two Medford‐based real estate teams have combined
operations at the Windermere office located at 1117 E Jackson Street in Medford under the
Windermere/Van Vleet & Associates name.
“We’re bringing together two very exceptional teams of real estate professionals, many of whom
have distinct areas of expertise. Their combined experience and knowledge will be of great benefit to
home buyers and sellers in the area,” said John Zupan, owner of Windermere/Van Vleet &
Associates.
In addition, Bob Methvin, owner of Windermere/Investors Marketplace, has joined forces with
Zupan, who will now share ownership of the Windermere office in Jacksonville. Under the new coownership
arrangement, the Windermere office located at 505 N 5th Street Jacksonville will operate
under the name Windermere Van Vleet Jacksonville, LLC.
